Suspended Sentence Giving to Nashville Resident

A Nashville resident received a five year suspended sentence this week in Howard County Circuit Court. 58 year old Charles Garland was arrested last year on charges including felony Aggravated Assault and a misdemeanor of 3rd Degree Battery. In addition to the suspended sentence, Garland was also fined $1,000 dollars and ordered to pay court costs.
