Texarkana Man Arrested on Hempstead County Warrant

A 39-year-old Texarkana, Texas man was arrested last week on a warrant issued by the Hope Police Department and the 8th North Circuit Court.

According to the Hempstead County Detention Facility, John Allen III was arrested Monday, August 24th, by officers with the Texarkana, Texas Police Department.

Allen waived extradition to Arkansas and was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility on Thursday, August 27th.

He was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and remains in custody pending his first court appearance.
