The Scrapper Lunch Express

The Scrapper Lunch Express will start Monday June 5th here in Nashville. The Scrapper Lunch Express is a simple mobile food delivery system that brings summer lunches to children via bus to areas of underserved children who typically receive free or reduced lunches during the school year. Each child will receive one breakfast meal and one hot lunch.

Summer lunches will be provided in the mornings at the following locations;

R and J Parking Lot from 10:45am to 10:55am, Brentwood apartments (7th and Gains) from 11am to 11:10am, Dillard St Apartments (behind Carver Circle) from 11:15am to 11:25am, Toland Heights Park from 11:30 to 11:40, Williams Memorial Church 11:45am to 11:50am , Corner of Henderson and Washington 11:55am to 12:05pm, South Pine St and Karlie 12:10pm to 12:20pm , McLaughlin Trailer Park 12:25 pm to 12:30 pm , B and W trailer Park 12:30 pm to 12:35 pm , Peachtree Trailer Park 12:40 pm to 12:45 pm , Diamond Lodge Trailer Park 12:50 pm to 1:05 pm , the Administration Building 1:10 pm to 1:20 pm , and at the Primary School from 11am to 12:30pm.

These lunches will be for all children 18 and under and will be served Monday through Friday.
