Three People Sentenced in Howard County Circuit Court

A Nashville man was sentenced yesterday to four years probation on drug and drug paraphernalia possession charges. 43 year old David Warner entered a guilty plea to the charges and was given the probated sentence. In addition to probation, Warner also was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay costs.
Probation sentences were also given in two other cases Wednesday. 34 year old Salvador Gastelum of Nashville was sentenced to five years probation, fined $500 and ordered to pay restitution on charges of Theft by Receiving.
29 year old Amber Gordy of Forth Worth, Texas was sentenced to three years probation on charges of Theft of Property.
