Three prison sentences handed down in HC Circuit Court

Prison sentences were handed down in three court cases Wednesday during Howard County Circuit Court.  42 year old Latre Richard was given a five year sentence to the Arkansas Department of Corrections on charges of Possessing meth and drug paraphernalia.  The sentence is deferred, upon completion of drug court requirements.

50 year old Jimmy David, of Conway, was given a two year prison sentence on charges that included Possession of a Controlled Substance, Meth Cocaine.

45 year old David Warner of Nashville was sentenced to two years in the department of corrections on charges of possessing a controlled substance.  The sentence was transferred to the Arkansas Community Corrections program for Warner to complete drug counseling.  A revocation for Warner will be served concurrently.
