Three Year Prison Sentence Given in Pike County

An Amity woman was sentenced to three years in prison Monday in Pike County Circuit Court.

37 year old Emily Ann Johnson’s sentence was given because prosecutors say she violated conditions of a suspended sentence received in April 2017 on drug delivery charges.

Authorities began the revocation process against Johnson in February after learning she had been sentenced to four years in prison on drug related charges late last year in Clark County.

Johnson’s three year sentence she received yesterday in Pike County will be served concurrently with the sentence from last year in Clark County.
