Tragic Discovery in Howard County: Missing Iowa Man Found Deceased

Joshua Graham-Caskey, a 25-year-old man from Iowa, was reported missing on January 18 and was tragically found deceased in an Arkansas lake on Sunday.

Graham-Caskey’s phone, left in Winterset, made a 911 call around the time he disappeared. His green Ford Taurus was tracked heading south that day, including a ping in Locust Grove, Oklahoma—where his aunt resides. The last sighting of his car was at a gas station in Mena, Arkansas, on January 19.

On Sunday, authorities with the Howard County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas were alerted to a vehicle submerged in Gillham Lake, approximately 30 minutes south of Mena. The dive team recovered the car, which was confirmed to be Graham-Caskey’s, with his body inside, according to the sheriff’s report.

At this time, authorities have stated there are no signs of foul play.
