Trail set for Mineral Springs man accused of sexual assault

A May 3rd trial date has been set for 36 year old Orlando White of Nashville. White is charged with a felony count of 4th Degree Sexual Assault for an incident involving a juvenile female that allegedly happened last October at a residence in Mineral Springs. White remains in the Howard County Jail.
A failure to appear warrant has been issued for a local man who was not present Wednesday for his court proceeding. 47 year old Clint Bamburg was scheduled to appear this week on a revocation process that is connected with charges in 2014.
