Trespassing investigation results in drug charges

A Nashville man has been charged with possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 55 year old William Leon White was arrested after officers initially investigated possible trespassing. The department’s K-9, Apollo, conducted an open air sniff of the area where White was located, and the dog alerted officers to narcotics being present. Authorities say they located a syringe bag containing four unused syringes, one with an unknown liquid believed to be methamphetmaine, and a matchbox containing a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
