Tri-Lakes Bass Festival Returns Memorial Day Weekend with Cash Prizes

Fishing enthusiasts across southwest Arkansas are gearing up for a popular annual event returning Memorial Day weekend.

The 36th Annual Judge Ray Memorial Tri-Lakes Bass Festival, sponsored by the Sevier County Chamber of Commerce, is set for Saturday, May 23.

Anglers will have the chance to cast their lines at Gillham Lake, De Queen Lake, or Dierks Lake, competing for thousands of dollars in cash and prizes.

The event will feature hourly winners at each lake, along with large payouts awarded to the anglers who catch the top five biggest bass of the day.

Organizers encourage participants to get their gear ready and take part in what has become a Memorial Day weekend tradition in the region.
