Trial Dates set in Pike County Circuit Court

A Mineral Springs resident is set for a November trial date on felony charges of non-support. The charge was filed last October against 55 year old Jerri Lynn Lamb. Prosecutors say Lamb has been almost $18,000 dollars behind on child support payments that were originally ordered in 2002.
In other court cases heard yesterday in Pike County Circuit Court, 20 year old Austin Browning, of Glenwood, is also scheduled for a November 19th trial date on charges that include Aggravated Assault, Endangering of the Welfare of a Minor, and Interfering with Emergency Communication.
42 year old David Rhodes of Nashville entered a not guilty plea yesterday to charges of Theft By Receiving. Rhodes is scheduled for a pre-trial date of November 30th and a trial date of December 17th. His bond was set at $10,000 dollars.
