Tuesday Morning Southwest Arkansas COVID-19 Numbers

Although the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in southwest Arkansas represents a small percentage of the population, the figures showed an increase over the Memorial Day weekend.

According to the Tuesday morning numbers from the Arkansas Department of Health, Howard county was showing three positive cases of the Coronavirus.

Hempstead county listed five active cases.

Little River county, which was virus free until the past couple weeks, showed three active cases.

Polk county was up to three active cases and Sevier county listed 59 active positive cases.

Only Pike county was without any COVID-19 cases as of Tuesday morning.
