Two county offices closed due to COVID-19

Two Howard County elected officials say their offices at the courthouse in Nashville will be closed today due to COVID-19 concerns. The county clerk and treasurer both say their office will be shutdown for today, with current plans to reopen on Monday. The two officials say they made their decision because of close contact with another courthouse employee who tested positive for the coronavirus yesterday.
At least 4 courthouse employees or officials have tested positive within the past two weeks for COVID-19.
