Two Glenwood residents sentenced to ADC

Two Glenwood residents were sentenced to prison on separate and unrelated charges Monday in Pike County Circuit Court. 24 year old Derian Arrick was given a ten year sentence on charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault. He was accused of having sexual contact with a juvenile female. In addition to the prison sentence, Arrick was also given a five year suspended sentence.
Also Monday, 19 year old Jayce Fogle, of Glenwood, was sentenced two three years in prison and three years suspended on charges that included commercial burglary, First Degree Criminal Mischief, Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property. The sentence will be served concurrently to three other charges. Fogle will also be required to pay costs and restitution.
