Two People Charged with writing Hot Checks
Two people have been charged with felony counts of writing hot checks. 40 year old Nathan Chaney, of Hot Springs Village, is accused of writing hot checks to a Glenwood business that totaled more than $2,800 dollars. 25 year old Shannon Rowland, of Mount Ida, is also charged with violating the hot check law. Prosecutors say she wrote $2,500 dollars in hot checks earlier this year, also to a Glenwood business.
