Umpire and Athens Fire Department Receives 2024 Arkansas First Responder Service of the Year Award

Recently, the Umpire and Athens Fire Department was honored with the prestigious 2024 Arkansas First Responder Service of the Year Award.
Umpire Fire Chief Cohen Davis, who also serves as the president of the Umpire and Athens First Responders, received the news of the award on August 2nd. 

Reflecting on his career in firefighting, Chief Davis shared some of the most significant moments he has experienced as a first responder.
