USACE waives day use fees at recreation areas in observance of National Public Lands Day
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced that it will waive day use fees at recreation areas nationwide in observance of National Public Lands Day on Sept. 28, 2024.
The waiver covers fees for boat launch ramps and swim beaches only. The waiver does not apply to camping and camping-related services or fees for specialized facilities and events.
Since its inception in 1994, USACE has been a key participant in National Public Lands Day, consistently contributing a significant number of sites and volunteers. We invite you to join us in continuing this annual tradition of public service by participating in NPLD events.
