Water update from the city of Mineral Springs:

The north well was struck by lightning, so the north side of the City of Mineral Springs will be without water for some time. City officials do not currently know how long this outage will last, but they are working to make repairs and restore water to those customers on the north side of Mineral Springs.
Be advised that the city is now under a 72 hour boil order. All residents are asked to boil their water before they use it.
We are steadily working to get everything up and going as soon as we can.
