SONIC honors teachers’ efforts to maneuver their ever-shifting learning environments and keep students engaged this past year. On May 4th which is also Teacher Appreciation day, SONIC donated $1.5 million to aid in teacher’s requests as a part of their ongoing Limeades for Learning initiative. More than 7,000 teacher requests were honored across the country who were in need of critical resources. An one of those teachers was Ms. Gaddis at Mineral Springs Elementary school. Lori Habib, Chief Marketing Officer for SONIC had this to say about the initiative, “Teachers took this past year head-on, engineering a variety of innovative methods to keep their students learning in both in-person and virtual classrooms. We express our gratitude to these teachers, who create inspirational learning environments for students during a challenging time.” Congratulations to Ms. Gaddis and thank you, for always providing what is needed for the generation of tomorrow.
