Howard County Court

Howard County Court was in session yesterday seeing 42 YO Bobby Murphy of Nashville. Murphy was sentenced in court yesterday on 2 felony counts. First being possession with purpose to deliver and second possession of drug paraphernalia. Murphy was found guilty and sentenced to 3 years within the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

44 YO Benjamin Van Fleet of Nashville was sentenced to 20 years within the Arkansas Department of Corrections upon being found guilty on 2 felony counts. First for possession with purpose to deliver and second possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Last to report is 21 YO Danielle Smith of Nashville. Smith faces 1 felony charge of Domestic Battery in the 2nd degree to which she pleads “not guilty” in reference to possible abuse of a 4 month old back in April. Smith was ordered to undergo a “fitness to proceed” examination with all further proceedings currently being suspended pending the results of that exam.
