Nashville Scrapper’s Face Off in 1st Game of the Season

The 2021 football season begins tonight with a road game for the Nashville Scrappers.  Last year, Nashville opened at home against Pleasant Grove, and tonight, the Scrappers travel to Texarkana for a rematch.  Scrappers Coach Mike Volarvich says his team had a good spring & summer camp.  One of the main keys for success tonight will be eliminating mistakes, according to the coach:

B99.5 will have the live broadcast.  Our pre-game coverage will begin around 6 o’clock with the statewide preview show.  We’ll also have two hours of high school recap with the scoreboard show, beginning at 10 o’clock.

In some other area games tonight, Dierks travels to Bismarck in a game that will be broadcast on KNAS, 105.5 FM, and Murfreesboro opens the season at home against Magnet Cove.
