Nashville Scrapper Band Finishes 11th in State

The Nashville High School band participated at the Championship at the Rock marching competition on Saturday, held at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. The Scrapper band received best in class in their division, also receiving these preliminary awards:

Outstanding color guard, class D
Outstanding general effect, class D

Nashville ended the contest in 11th place overall, competing against other larger bands who compete at the national level. The Scrapper band was the only band in their class to compete in the finals of the competition.
