Nashville Man arrested for Terroristic Threatening

On April 18th, Investigator Blake Eudy and Chief Deputy Joey Davis responded to a call-in reference to a domestic dispute. According to the affidavit, when they arrived, they were informed that 41-year-old Cowan Wesley Fritts of Nashville had an argument with his girlfriend. It was reported that the police were told by the reporting person that the argument turned physical and that Fritts hit his girlfriend. Deputies reportedly spoke with Fritts and told him that he needed to leave and that whenever he decides to come back to retrieve his belongings, he would need to call the Sheriff’s Office so he could be accompanied by a deputy.

Two days later, Investigator Eudy along with Deputy Colt Kuykendall responded to another call at the same exact residence. As reported, Eudy and Kuykendall were informed by three different witnesses that Fritts allegedly went back to the residence and threatened to burn the house down and everybody in it. Fritts was later arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree and Criminal Trespass.
