Nashville Teen Charged in Break-In and Theft of Firearms from De Queen Business

A 17-year-old girl from Nashville has been charged with multiple felony counts of theft after allegedly breaking into a De Queen business and stealing firearms last year.

The teenager, who is facing 10 counts of theft of property (firearm) and a single count of commercial burglary, was charged this month in Sevier County Circuit Court. Due to her status as a juvenile, her name has not been released, and the arrest affidavit remains sealed.

According to investigators, the juvenile is suspected of breaking into Twisted Tines Outfitters in De Queen on October 12, 2024. The suspect allegedly shattered a window to gain entry into the business and climbed through. She reportedly injured herself while climbing through the broken glass.

An arrest warrant for the suspect was issued on February 7, 2025 following an investigation by the De Queen Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

If convicted and tried as an adult, the teenager could face up to 10 years in prison for the commercial burglary charge and up to six years for each of the 10 counts of theft of property (firearm). The investigation is ongoing.
