Warrants Issued In Pike County For Failure To Appear
Failure to Appear warrants were issued yesterday in a pair of court cases in Pike county. 37 year old Jonathan Hayes was scheduled in court Monday as part of a revocation hearing but failed to show up for the proceedings. Hayes was originally charged in 2017 with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Furnishing Prohibited Articles. In April 2018, he was given a three year suspended sentence on the charges. Prosecutors filed a petition to revoke Hayes’ sentence last May and when he didn’t show up Monday for court proceedings, the Failure to Appear warrant was issued.
Also failing to show for court yesterday was 37 year old Charles York of Norman. He was previously arrested on charges of Possession of Meth & Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. York last appeared in court January 24th and was ordered back yesterday but failed to attend the hearing.
A Mineral Springs man is set for an April 30th trial date on Residential Burglary & Theft of Property. 26 year old Kyler Hickey was being held on a 25 thousand dollar bond.
