Area Trash Collection Schedule Changes

Many trash route schedules in the area this week will be affected by the Christmas holiday.

In Howard County, trash routes for Monday and Tuesday will be running the normal schedule. There will be no route run for Howard County on Christmas Day. Wednesday’s route this week will be picked up Thursday. The Thursday and Friday routes for this week will both be picked up on Friday, December 27th.

In Pike County, Monday’s route is running its normal schedule. For the south end of Pike county, Tuesday and Wednesday’s routes will be picked up Thursday. The normal Friday route for this week in south Pike county will be made Friday, December 27th.
For northern sections of Pike county, Tuesday’s route will be picked up Thursday and the normal routes for Wednesday and Thursday this week will both be made Friday, December 27th.

For the city of Murfreesboro, trash collection for Tuesday and Wednesday will be made on the 26th. The regular Thursday and Friday routes will run on Friday this week.

In Nashville, Waste Management will be running it’s normal route Tuesday.
