Arkansas Free Fishing Weekend Is Later This Month

June 12th through 14th will be a free fishing weekend in Arkansas. From noon on the 12th through midnight on June 14th, the $10.50 annual fishing license will not be required for fishing in the state.

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission reminds everyone that all other fishing regulations will continue to be in place during the special weekend.

Typically, fish hatcheries around the state offer events during the free fishing weekend, however, due to COVID-19 concerns this year, no hatchery events will take place.
