Arrest warrant issued for a woman from Pike County
A failure to appear warrant was issued this week in the Pike County Circuit Court for 31-year-old Alexandria Greer. According to the affidavit of arrest, Geer shows a Wheat Ridge, Colorado and Delight, Arkansas address.
Greer is free on bond following her arrest for one count of residential burglary and battery in third degree from an incident on April 3rd. Greer’s bond was revoked and an arrest warrant was issued by Circuit Court Bryan Chesshir.
According to the affidavit, Pike County Deputy Chris Gates was dispatched to a disturbance on April 3rd at a residence at 93 Bowin Road.
When Deputy Gates arrived he was informed that James Smillie and Geer came to the residence, looking for Scott Fralick. According to the testimony of a house guest, she asked Smillie and Greer to leave, but Smillie grabbed her, moved her out of the way and he and Geer entered the house.
She stated that Smillie attacked Fralick while telling him he was fired. The house guest said she tried to stop Smilli from attacking Fralick and that is when Greer attacked her.
According to the court records, Smillie and Greer left after they were told the police were on their way.
The two were later arrested and charged with residential burglary and battery in the third degree.
Smillie appeared this week in court with his lawyer and his case was continued, but Greer did not appear.
