Bench warrant issued for Texarkana man in Howard County Circuit Court

Trial dates have been set in two Howard County Circuit Court cases. 41 year old William Witherspoon of Nashville is charged with possession of a firearms by certain persons in relation to a stolen pistol that was recently pawned. Witherspoon is set for pretrial on April 27th and a trial date of May 3rd.
26 year old Tana French, of Nashville, is scheduled for a trial date of May 3rd, as well. French is charged with stealing a vehicle and then being found to conceal Marijuana on her person during the booking process at the Howard County Jail.
A bench warrant was issued on a failure to appear for 36 year old Steven Henry of Texarkana. Henry was scheduled to appear in local court Wednesday on charges of possessing methamphetamine, but he failed to show up.
