Burn Bans Now In Effect

The wildfire danger risk continues to increase across the region and additional burn bans have been issued. Howard County and Pike County are now under a burn ban, as of Monday, September 9. Hempstead County is also under a burn ban. Outdoor burning is prohibited until further notice. So far, no rainfall has been recorded this month in the city of Nashville, with only 1.32 inches of rain recorded in August.
