Glenwood Man Charged With Burglary

A Glenwood man has been charged with Commercial Burglary. Authorities say 40 year old Jeremiah Johnson is accused of breaking into the Glenwood Flea Market on January 11th.

Police say the break in was caught on store surveillance video and in looking at video from the previous day, authorities were able to develop a suspect and vehicle description. Some of the stolen property would later be recovered at a pawn shop in Pearcy. Johnson was arrested a few days later during a traffic stop by state police in Garland County and was held on warrants from the city of Hope and for the investigation in Pike County.

In addition to Commercial Burglary, Johnson is also charged with felony counts for Theft of Property and 1st Degree Criminal Mischief along with a misdemeanor Theft of Property charge.
