COO of HMH presents annual report to Howard County JPs

The Howard County Quorum Court held their regular monthly meeting yesterday.

Interim CEO Dr. John Hearnsberger introduced COO Stacy Harberson to the quorum. Harberson took a moment to share what her goals are along with telling the quorum that she passed the examination of Board Certification in Healthcare Administration.

Harberson explained to JPs that she is in the process of getting a grant or a scholarship to attend the 2024 Executive Program.

Harberson informed JPs about the annual report of business activities allocated to bond-financed Howard Memorial Hospital which states that the post-issuance federal tax requirements are met.

In conclusion, Treasurer Sherri Mixon reported that county general sales tax, county jail sales tax, sanitation sales tax, hospital sales tax, and Cossatot sales tax went down for the month of March. Road department sales tax went up for the month of March.
