Delight man arrested on theft by receiving charges

A Delight man who had been sought by authorities in connection with a series of thefts in the Delight area, was arrested Saturday.   29 year old Justin Stone was wanted on theft by receiving charges.  Pike County Sheriff’s Deputies say they had been looking for him since the March and April time frame.  Authorities suspected that Stone was being hid out in the area, and received information on his whereabouts Saturday.  That information led to Stone’s arrest Saturday.  He made a court appearance yesterday in Pike County Circuit Court and entered a not guilty plea to the felony charges.  He is set for an October 3rd pre-trial date, with a trial date currently scheduled for November 3rd.  Stone is being held without bond, as it was ordered to be revoked by the circuit judge.
