Delight man charged with battery charges

Battery charges have been filed against a Delight man in connection with an incident that occurred earlier this month. 40 year old Donald Webb has been charged with a felony count of second degree battery and two misdemeanor charges of 3rd degree domestic battery. Pike County deputies and Arkansas State Police responded a call earlier this month on Strawberry Road in the Delight area in regards to a reported physical altercation. Reports said Webb had left the scene before officers arrived, but was later located and taken into custody.
