Dierks School Board increase the stipends for head boys and girls coaches

Tuesday night, board members voted to increase the stipends for the head boys and girls track coaches and assistant coaches. They then named Keenan Owens as head softball coach, Tristan Snider as head boys and girls track coach, Will Stewart assistant baseball coach, Jacob Chism as assistant softball coach and Cassie Kirby as head boys’ and girls’ cross-country coach, head golf coach and assistant boys and girls track coach.

Board members then voted to hire Leslie Simmons as the high school special education teacher under an additional licensure plan for the 2023-2024 school year.
