Dr. Bell retires; Dr. Tollett continues practice

A Nashville optometry practice has changed hands. Dr. Rick Bell, who served area patients for more than 41 years, spent his last day on the job yesterday. Bell said he’s been very blessed to have such a lengthy tenure.

Dr. Aaron Tollett has taken over the business. Tollett is a 2012 graduate of Nashville High School. He received a college degree at Arkansas State in Jonesboro, and completed his optometry training in Memphis. Dr. Tollett said his desire was to serve people in a rural area, and feels fortunate that Nashville is his hometown:
