Dr. Cole updates Nashville Rotary Club on UA Cossatot enrollment and programs

Wednesday afternoon, UA Cossatot Chancellor Dr. Steve Cole provided the Nashville Rotary Club with a ‘state of the college’ address.

Cole stated the current spring enrollment is 1,234 which is down 1 and a half percent from last year. He said Cossatot like other 2-year colleges are facing an enrollment cliff.

Cole said UA Cossatot and their partners, UA Rich Mountain, UA Hope-Texarkana and ASU Three Rivers in Malvern are expanding their Arkansas Trucking Academy.

And UA Cossatot is starting an Electric Lineman Program on the De Queen campus in July.
