Fannin hired as new head coach at De Queen
De Queen High School has hired a new head football coach this week. Jarrod Fannin is leaving Dierks to return to the Leopards, where Fannin served as De Queen’s Defensive Coordinator for several years. He left that position to become the Outlaws Head Football Coach in 2017.
During his tenure at Dierks, the Outlaws made four consecutive state playoff appearances and were 7-2A District Champions in the 2020 & 2021 seasons.
Fannin replaces Brad Chesshir, who was recently hired at Murfreesboro.
The search now begins for a new coach at Dierks High School.
