HMH Auxiliary Ladies host 1st Southwest Spring District Meeting

Yesterday, the Auxiliary Ladies of Howard Memorial Hospital hosted their 1st Southwest Spring District meeting for the Arkansas Auxiliary Association which is an affiliated organization of the Arkansas Hospital Association, proudly representing hospital volunteers of AHA-member hospitals across the state. 
Director of volunteer services for Howard Memorial Hospital Mesha Nix stated that she’s been the director for about 4 years, and this is the first time that they had the chance to host a district meeting. Nix added that there were 53 in attendance and that includes local officials.

Nix talked about the purpose of the meeting and why there is a need for volunteers at local hospitals. 

HMH Auxiliary President Pam Wynn mentioned who was all in attendance at the meeting and how proud she was that they receive community support.

COO Stacy Harberson took a moment to recognize the Pink Ladies at Howard Memorial Hospital and how they play a vital role at the hospital.
