Final day of summer reading program at Howard County Library is Saturday

The Howard County Farmers Market is scheduled to be open on Saturday from 5 to 8 pm, but market manager Julio Fuentes said they may be closed Saturday if there is any inclement weather or high heat indexes.

Fuentes is also a librarian and he announced Saturday would be the final day of the Howard County Library’s summer reading program. He said this week’s theme is penguins.

The summer reading program starts at 1 pm.
