Game & Fish Checking Holiday Boaters’ Sobriety

In addition to law enforcement efforts being increased this holiday weekend to prevent motorists from driving while intoxicated, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission says its officers will be patrolling lakes and waterways in the state to make sure boaters are not operating their craft under the influence of alcohol.

Operation Dry Water is taking place today through Sunday and will include checkpoints and extra patrols.
