HC 4-H BBQ Bowl is this Saturday

The Howard County 4-H Foundation will host their annual “4-H Barbecue Bowl” fundraiser on Saturday, February 11th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or until they are sold out. The “4-H Barbecue Bowl” will be held at the Howard County Fairgrounds. They will have full slabs of ribs for $30 and Cornish hens $8 each. 
NHS 10th Grader Sarah Lamb talked about why Saturday is so important and she provided the information for orders to be picked up.

Lamb has been with 4-H for 13 years and she talked about what activities she’s been a part of. 

Lamb mentioned that her signature dishes are barbeque and desserts and she also discussed what national competitions she attended.
