Hempstead County Man Arrested

Sheriff’s deputies in Hempstead County have arrested a Blevins man on child pornography related charges. 30 year old Justice West was arrested Friday and is charged with multiple counts of Distributing, Possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

This is West’s second arrest in as many months. In early November, he was taken into custody for Voyeurism. Authorities seized West’s cell phone at that time. Deputies obtained a search warrant and they say that led to the discovery of the juvenile images being found on an ICloud account that belongs to West.

Hempstead County Investigators say the images are not related to the victim in the voyeurism case.
