Historical Society Receives Grant

The Howard County Historical Society has received an Arkansas Community Foundation Grant through the Texarkana Area Community Foundation program. Historical Society President Freddie Horne says the money will be used to set up a train house that was relocated from Dierks. Horne says the train display is expected to be operational and open to the public by the middle of next year.
