Hornbeck trail re-scheduled for August 19

The trial of a former Murfreesboro teacher and coach accused of sexual contact with three teenage females has been continued until this summer. 37 year old Charles Hornbeck, who now resides in northwest Arkansas, appeared in Pike County Circuit court yesterday. He was originally scheduled for pre-trial Monday. However, at Hornbeck’s request, his court proceedings have been pushed back to a pre-trial date of July 26th, with an August 19th trial date.
