Howard County Circuit Court sentences

The Howard County Circuit Court was in session on Wednesday, September 21 with Circuit Court Judge Bryan Chesshir presiding.

Randall Faulkner plead guilty to two counts and was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections,however that sentence will be suspended until he completes drug court. Faulkner must also forfeit all weapons and pay court cost and fees.

Nakahless Dunlap plead guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with six years suspended.

Steven Graham plead guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and received a six year suspended sentence. He was also given credit for time served.

Mark Amonette plead guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to four years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with four years suspended. He also plead guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to four years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. The two sentences will run concurrently.

And Thomas Demitrius was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with two suspended after he plead guilty to the charge of driving while intoxicated number 6.
