Howard County Court

Howard County Court this week saw 20 YO Danielle Smith again for the continuation of her case. Smith was arrested after a report was made to the Crimes Against Children division of the Arkansas State Police, in reference to possible abuse of an infant. Today Smith entered a Not Guilty please and posted her $50,000 bond. She also relieved her attorney and will be returning to the court June 23rd under new representation. Her pre trial date is set for August 25th with a trial date set for September 14th.
