Howard County EHC hosting Jelly and Jam Workshop

The Howard County Extension Homemakers Club will be hosting a Jelly and Jam Workshop on Tuesday July 18th starting at 9 am and will be held at the Howard County EHC Education Center located on 425 Second St here in Nashville. Participants will learn through hands-on training how to make delicious jams and jelly using approved food preservation methods. Plans are to make freezer jam, how to extract juice from fruit, and then make a jar of delicious jelly.
