Lady Outlaw season ends in District tourney

In high school basketball Monday afternoon, one Howard County team saw its season end. The Dierks Lady Outlaws come within one game of reaching the regional tournament, by losing to Cutter Morning Star, 63 to 39 in the district tournament.
Today, the Nashville Scrappers will look to advance in the 7-4A District Tournament. They play at five o’clock this afternoon in Arkadelphia. A win today will put Nashville in the regional tournament next week at Scrapper Arena. The Scrapperettes first game in the district tournament will come Thursday, B99.5 will have live coverage of the local teams.
