Extension Office – ServSafe Food Certification Class

The Howard County Extension office is offering a ServSafe Certification class on September 22nd and 23rd. ServSafe certification is the most widely recognized food safety certification. Those currently working in the food service industry or interested in doing so are highly encouraged to take advantage of this class. The class also contains an incredible amount of knowledge concerning food safety useful to the home.
